- Avorant operates Jextaa.
- These terms govern use of Jextaa, including use on behalf of an organization.
Service
- Jextaa is provided as is, without warranty.
- Features may change or be unavailable.
Content
- Content ownership remains with its lawful owner.
- Content may be stored, processed, displayed and transmitted to service providers only to operate Jextaa for authorized members.
- Project access and changes follow assigned roles.
Acceptable use
- Illegal content or activity is prohibited.
- Attacks, overload and unauthorized data access are prohibited.
- Credential sharing and resale of access are prohibited.
AI
- AI drafts plans and proposes changes; a person must apply project changes.
- AI output may be inaccurate and requires review before use.
Accounts
- Account holders are responsible for activity under their accounts.
- Account deletion may require transferring sole administration. Deletion effects are described on the privacy page.
- Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or closed.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Avorant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for Jextaa in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
- Changes are posted on this page before taking effect.
- Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
