What AI does and does not do

• It drafts plans and proposes changes. Nothing is saved until a person applies it.
• It assigns no owners, and its dates are estimates until a person confirms them.
• It cannot invite anyone or change who has access.

What the model provider sees is on the privacy page.

Projects

• Delete a project from its ⋯ menu.
• Export a project as JSON or CSV from its own page.

Limits

• Without an account you can draft three plans a day. Signing in lifts this limit.
• A project holds up to 2,000 records and 4,000 dependencies.
• Change your name or email, or delete your account, in Account settings.
