Questions
- What is an AI action?
- One drafted plan, one requested change, or one chat reply. A paid plan's actions reset each month and do not roll over. Free has a smaller allowance, and AI pauses when it runs out. A day can use up to a quarter of a month's AI, and a week up to half.
- What happens when they run out?
- AI pauses until the day, week or month resets. Every plan, record and view keeps working, and you can keep planning by hand.
- Who counts as a member?
- Everyone who belongs to the workspace. Open invitations to join it count toward the limit too. Guests you invite to a project, such as a client or a contractor, are free on every plan, however many projects they join.
- What happens at a plan's limit?
- Nothing is removed. At the member limit, an owner can't invite more members. A Free workspace can't create more than 3 projects. When a paid plan ends, the workspace is on Free again. It keeps its members and projects, can't add more beyond Free's limits, and its AI moves to Free's allowance.
- Does AI keep or train on my data?
- Model requests are restricted to providers configured for zero data retention. Project data is not used to train AI models.
- What does Enterprise add?
- Single sign-on, an audit log you can export, data-processing terms and invoiced billing, with members and AI sized to your organization.
